Coding for ELCMS, CACMS, MSAS, etc will be $10.00-$20.00 depending on complexity. This is for pre-coded templates only. All I'll be doing it integrating your already coded layout with the script. Here's an example of a layout coded for CACMS:

If you need a layout coded from scratch, that will be $5.00-$20.00, again depending on complexity. You would need to provide the image files, and I would cut and code.
Should you want your template coded from scratch for a script, this will be $15.00-$35.00.

Layout plus coding: $25.00-$70.00
Layout plus coding for a script: $35.00-$90.00
