Hello
Im need some help with a site i had for almost a yr now.I get a hit from google for say like flashing myspace layouts and when i check it on extreme tracking and it takes me to page 4 or what ever page the hit is ranking for but my site is never there then i see nomore hit from those keywords after that this has been going on for quite some time with alot of my anchors i hope this make sense lol most of my traffic is from myspace and link exchange so maybe im doing sometihng wrong Idk but If somebody anybody can help me im open for all suggestions to help improve my site.Thanks Tina

what type of anchors do you use in your link exchanges?
Well thats the thing i didnt know to much about anchors when i first opened site and all my links are creatiivelytz i think i have maybe 3 others with say flashing layouts cute layouts and myspace goodies but thats it

You should contact all the people you've exchange links with and ask them to change the anchor to the keyword you'd like to target. You should also work on optimizing your website.
I have been working on doing this and will continue to thats why im asking for feed back/help etc.My site dosent have a script and it is taking me forever i have so much contents

Ok, you certainly need to build more links to your site (whether paid or exchanged). Choose 3-4 main keyword "themes" that you want to target. These are the anchors you will need to use in your link exchange. Get in touch with the exchanges that have the "creatiivelytz" anchor and have them change them.
keyword #1: cute layouts
keyword #2: flashing layouts
keyword #3: ?
keyword #4: ?
then identify longtail keywords that are derivatives of your main keywords and sprinkle that into your content. for example, "cute emo layouts" or "flashing heart layouts"
Make sure your page titles and meta descriptions are unique and update regularly.

That why i aslo ask in other thread about using the link exchange script for my new site

If you can't reach them, just get some new link exchanges. I'd make a post on MSP :) Make sure to include your PR as well as your traffic, because a lot of people exchange based on PR. :/ Those other links still count as backlinks and give you traffic so it's no biggie. :)
Ill do that aslo is adding a script to my site now almost impossible with all its contents i have like 650 myspace layouts 150 v2 layouts and 2,700 graphics?

I have to do this each time I buy a site that's been purely hand coded.
