I need help on a linux box

hey guys i was wondering if anyone knows linux good and can install on my server the following.
Mplayer + Mencoder (http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html)
LAME MP3 Encoder (http://lame.sourceforge.net)
Flv2tool (http://inlet-media.de/flvtool2)
Libogg + Libvorbis (http://www.xiph.org/downloads)
FFmpeg (http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu)

Im willing to pay around $50 for this help.

i rent it from hosting company but they are out of proportion asked me $65 an hour, it's ok i found someone that did it for $20 bucks so im happy =D

Wow $65/hr! I am in the wrong business...lol glad to hear you got it done though.

Is it a dedicated server or vps?

For future reference I'd suggest getting something that is fully managed like wiredtree does ;)
