WTB: 2.0 Layouts with Headers and/or Network Banners

I am NOT looking for exclusive.

I am only looking for 2.0 Layouts that have Headers (above myspace nav) and may also contain, Network Banners and Contact

OR if they don't have a Header then at least the Network Banner (Contact - optional)

All should have a background image.
